01-05-2010 Secretariat of General People's Congress held its fts first meeting for this year in Tripoli. The Secretariat reviewed draft of collecting resolutions and recommendations of Basic People's Congresses to set up their agenda for the year 2009. The Secretariat also reviewed a report by Secretary of Legal Affairs and Human Rights , Chairman of the Legal Committee , about draft laws that will be submitted to BPC's by related bodies. On the other hand , the Secretariat decided to approve a number of agreements signed between Jamahiriya and some friendly countries and to refer these agreements to BPC's in their next sessions. Sources of the Secretariat said that these agreements are :-Air transport and supplementary accord for administrative cooperation to avoid custom's violations and means to prevent that ,signed with Morocco. -Agreement concerning promoting and protecting investments signed with Turkey . -Agreement to avoid double taxation and tax evasion related to income tax signed with Serbia.
