11-18-2009 The Secretary of the GPC for Planning & Finance met in Tripoli Tuesday morning with the Chairman of Libyan-Japanese Friendship Association, member of the Japanese parliament and her accompanying delegation, who is currently on a visit to Libya. During the meeting, which was attended by the Japanese ambassador to Libya , they discussed aspects of cooperation between Libya and Japan in the different areas, and the prospect of Japanese companies participation in implementing the ongoing developmental programs which target all sectors in Libya.
